FAQs

Can non-swimmers participate in diving and snorkeling tours?

Yes! Non-swimmers are welcome on both snorkeling and Introduction to Scuba Diving tours. We provide life jackets, floating aids, and personal assistance from trained guides. For diving, beginners are supervised 1-on-1 in shallow, safe conditions.

  • Snorkeling & Boat Trips: 4 years and up (with parental supervision)

  • Introductory Scuba Diving: Minimum age is 10 years

  • PADI/CMAS Courses: From 10 years (PADI Junior Open Water)

  • City Tours & Safari Trips: Suitable for children 6+
Our staff ensures children are always safe and comfortable.

Are your diving instructors certified?

Absolutely. All our scuba instructors are internationally certified through PADI, CMAS, or equivalent organizations. Many are praised by name on TripAdvisor for their experience and care.

Is a medical checkup required before diving or snorkeling??

A formal medical checkup isn't required for most travelers. However, all participants complete a quick medical questionnaire. If you have conditions like asthma, heart problems, or recent surgeries, medical clearance may be necessary.

Do you offer hotel pickup for the different activities?

Yes! Free hotel pickup and drop-off are included in nearly all tours in the Hurghada area. Pickup from outside Hurghada (e.g., El Gouna, Makadi Bay) may involve a small extra fee—check when booking.

How far in advance can I book an activity?

You can book any activity weeks or even months in advance, and we also accept same-day bookings based on availability. During peak season, early booking is recommended to secure your preferred dates.

How do I pay for the different bookings? In what currency?

We accept payment in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, or EGP) and often card payments (check at time of booking). You can also reserve online or pay a deposit via secure link or WhatsApp confirmation.

Do I need ID to participate in activities??

Yes, especially for scuba diving and long-distance tours like Cairo or Luxor. A passport or photo ID is required to comply with local regulations.

What should I wear for the different activities?

  • Diving/Snorkeling: Swimwear, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and light clothing. Wetsuits are provided.

  • Desert Safari: Closed shoes, sunglasses, a scarf (provided or bring your own), and sun protection.
